Brenda is a contemporary mosaic artist, working with stone, slate and glass.
Living in Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare influences her work, and inspires a reverence for natural stone, for the Burren, for the earth. “What I love about the earth is that it supports us, we walk on it, we use it, we misuse it, and yet, it remains beneath our feet, always nurturing us. The earth comes into all of my pieces and include stone, slate, glass, wood.”
